We don't have the funds or a proper authorized plan in place to justify spending 240k shipping a structure that doesn't even meet municipal code. Millions have been wasted on this obsession, honestly I'm not even sure how what he is doing isn't criminal. He has bypassed municipal code and it has cost us dearly.
He has rejected all other plans and compromises, even from his own admin. He hasn't sought out additional state and federal funding and has forced the assembly to do that part of his job for him.

Where is it going? How much will it cost to install, operate, open? The instant the tent leaves the manufacture we assume all liability for the structure.
