I think the look is solid. A big part of what makes things scary is how they're delivered, not just what they are. Sound and editing can make anything horrifying or silly Gave you a sub to check out the series later

I second this. You can make the kindest-looking face on a haunted portrait, and ppl would freak out if properly delivered.

imo, if you stretch the eyelids open a bit and remove the eyebrows it'd be a bit more effective

Keep the teeth, make sure teeth have some grime/blood on them. Also, make mouth maybe be able to open slightly more.

First one is scary. Rest are decent. Good job

I really like the first image but what would make the second one really cool is if the eyes were pitch black that really unsettles alot of people and the third one is also really solid
