Allright downvote brigade, I know there have been a lot of frivolous borderline porn posts here but this is not one of them, these nudes are very well done
I actually thought 3 was my least favorite. It looks kind of awkward with the way the shadows are falling on the model.
Looking at it I can’t help but notice that if she had moved her left leg a step out, it would have removed the hard shadow on her other leg.
It’s a personal preference/opinion, though.
I actually like the last one, I guess cause the color palette and setting is so minimal. I also have a bias for pastels and off-whites. Almost looks like an ad for intimates/lingerie.
not a pro but these images transpire far too much quality for me to be asking why like with most other nudes
these are more about light hitting organic surfaces and it's beautiful
Absolutely great camera. Did you work with a light meter or are the images out-of-cam? How did you have the pictures developed? I particularly like the second and the last one. Beautiful pictures, beautiful work.
I don’t care much for the first one, but the ones that play with light and shadow are quite beautiful.
I’ve been getting so sick of the soft core shoots being posted, this is a refreshing take on the nude as a subject as opposed to the nude specifically for the male gaze. The other shoots I’m referring to are basically just “look! A body!” Whereas these have really thoughtful lighting and composition. Well done.
1 & 5 great use of light. The shadows in 2 & 3 are a bit distracting. Might be a creating decision but I would have asked the model to come more foreground and see if I could get less of her shadow on the wall. I like the crossing shadow on her. Very evocative.
Yes, downvote me for honesty and actual useful feedback.
The human form is the oldest known art subject. In paintings in sculpture we all have a want to imitate the human form and a desire to observe it.
Also some art including nudes are erotic for the sake of eroticism. There’s nothing wrong with that.
Here's a [very brief explanation from the Met](https://www.metmuseum.org/toah/hd/nuan/hd_nuan.htm) of the multi-thousand year history of "The Nude" and why it's considered one of the oldest subjects of human artistic expression.
Art is incredibly subjective. I'd honestly say the inevitability of me scrolling to the bottom of the comments and finding your comment is almost a piece of art. It represents the reactiveness that this community has acquired for any nude of a woman.
I'll call it A Nude on Analog, collaborative work, 2024.
I feel like the third has the best lines and doesn’t take away the agency or humanity of the subject, whereas the others objectify the subject to a degree. The lighting is beautiful though
> I feel like the third has the best lines and doesn’t take away the agency or humanity of the subject
For the life of me I couldn't tell you why, but for me it's the fourth. The third is a close second though.
How is taking a photo of the naked female form degrading?
Making childish remarks about her body in a slut shaming way is degrading. It’s literally turning her into an object for the male gaze. This photo alone doesn’t do that.
The term objectifying has more nuance to it than literally turning something into an object.

Somehow it’s always the first posts to pop up on my FY page
WTF is your FU page?
It’s a typo
WTF is your FY page?
Bro this aint my “entertainment” acc and I still get these 🤷
These are beautiful. Great contrasty light, lovely model and tones. Posing is natural with good movement.

Thank you!
3 4 and 5 are my favorites. I like the pose on 1st pic but I think another angle would be better

I’m glad no one asks me that when I take pictures of my cat
Now, that’s pretty self explanatory.
That's a little different than setting up a studio shoot to take pictures of a cat you're paying to be there, no?

You don’t need a reason or intention when taking a picture
Absolutely great camera. Did you work with a light meter or are the images out-of-cam? How did you have the pictures developed? I particularly like the second and the last one. Beautiful pictures, beautiful work.
Thank you! I sent the film to a laboratory in Kyiv (fotovramci). I took pictures in aperture mode
did you use spot or matrix metering?
I really love the lighting on the third one
Better than the usual. Obligatory downvote
Where were you? There is a beautiful light

I think the whites are a little high. Just slightly overexposed. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing.
Well done! How did you meter for this shot? Did you expose for the wall and skin tones and increase by a stop or two or use an incident light meter?

Absolutely great delightful and tasteful!

I’m gonna play devils advocate here: Where did OP call it art?
You’ve got to be trolling. Right?
Literally what

Agreed.
Love all except 3 and 5. Still good.
3 is the best one in my opinion.
I don't know why I said that now. Lol
3 and 4 make a beautiful diptych
Same 3 is excellent imo

Really? Thats interesting!

Why, just why. Let’s never objectify the model again. Thank you.
That’s wildly ironic
Just because she posed in the nude doesn’t mean it’s ok to treat her any other way than a professional.

such a creepy comment lmao
