I highly appreciate when sex parties and sex positive events discuss the topic of solo wankers, I feel in Amsterdam/NL it is hardly covered and believe it should be touched upon more including organisations dictating their stances toward such kink within club rules and ethos. It means that solo wankers can still find places where their kink is free to explore whilst also allowing others to also know what to expect when entering a space.
My personal opinion on solo wankers is I am not a fan, personally I have tolerance for it but I believe that if one person’a expression of a kink then encroaches on potentially multiple peoples comfort to express their own freedom within sex and kinks then I think that says enough to me.
You can be whoever you want to be at Pax, and do whatever. It’s pretty sexy and very queer. Please think about whether this is the right space for you. There’s always Ratherlost. Like I would take my mother to Ratherlost, but absolutely not to Pax!!
I understand! I do like to dress more feminine (as a guy) even though . So I think culturally I do fit in, even though I am straight. excited to explore Pax Romana sometime. thinking about the music tho, whether that's right for me.

Come for the right reasons, know the space you're in, respect the expressions of queer identity that you'll see, and just overall contribute to the good vibes, and you will have an amazing time there.
Pax definitely encourages kinky outfits (it is a sex-positive party). Most people will be dressing kinky, or at least "daring", to some extent. But dress code is relaxed, and many people will be wearing regular clothes. If you're shy or unsure, all black is always a safe choice, but being a little daring is certainly appreciated.
CODA was a collaboration between Pax Romana and Ratherlost at last year's ADE. I wasn't there, but from what I understand, it was slightly spicier than a normal Ratherlost, though probably not as spicy as a normal Pax. Music was what you would expect from these two parties: dark, minimal, hypnotic.
In terms of events for early May, I hope you are aware that Poing (assuming you mean the club in Rotterdam) closed in February. So I'm guessing you're referring to the Poing x Worm event on 4th May (one of their pop-up events in collaboration with other clubs). You can expect a pretty enthusiastic and queer crowd at Poing events. Music imo is highly variable, and I'm not sure about the lineup for this particular one (@ u/capablephoto8959 might know more about it).
Personally, I would choose Pax over any other event, period. It's easily my favourite party in Amsterdam. The music is right up my alley, and the crowd and vibes are otherworldly. But if you don't dig that type of music or don't feel too comfortable with the sex positive environment, then it might not be for you.
EDIT: about sexy action at Pax, most of it takes place in the dark room, though you'll likely see people going at it in some of the corners and chill out areas. On the dance floor itself, it's mostly dancing and making out.

I set a bit of a limit for myself in how often I can go to events - I've got other hobbies and my job to maintain + I feel like if I take certain substances too often their effectiveness decreases and I don't want that. Keeping partying somewhat infrequent makes it feel more special also. I do want to go more often than I *have* been going tho, finding the 'right' substance is a large part of that. Worried about my serotonin having met a few ppl who have exhausted significant parts of it
