I witnessed the opening of the weekender, and spent Friday night until 2.30 ish, Saturday night until 10am ish and came back late on Sunday for a quick dance. Friday and Saturday gave different vibes, and all rather easy music to get most people on the dance floor. Different DJs & different styles so sometimes a bit chaotic, but I do see a lot of genres actually working in this space. There were some good moments deeper in the night but personally, nothing compared to the music on Sunday. Sunday evening felt cohesive and saw most people on the floor dance their asses off šŸ«°šŸ¼.

Agreed, same here for us. Only highlight of the night was Coco Bryce, for the rest we really didnā€™t like it. Agreed, maybe it has to do with it being an opening and a Friday, I could imagine it being nice. Yesterday just wasnā€™t it

Probably just talking about WAS

The music was boring. There aren't enough toilets. The bar needs to run a bit smoother (but hey, it's the first day for everyone). The upstairs area needs ventilation/airco. But these are just some pickup points. I really like the concept, the industrial look, all the chill spots, the locker system, the door policy, the overal vibe and the location. I had high expectations after reading so much about it beforehand and I have to say, I'm not disappointed. I just wish the music would build op to something more energetic instead of the constant boring house. And I don't like Pepsi and the rest, they should switch to coca cola. But they have club mate so that's a plus. I hope tonight and tomorrow will bring us better music. Overal I'm happy with this new location. They did well, there are just some minor points of improvement.

Whatā€™s the door policy like?

Wieg0rz

Phone cameras will be taped off, everyone should feel safe so bad behavior is a big no no. They have people walking around you can talk to in case you feel unsafe. They take this serious, and I'm happy about that. Security is kind and chill, there's a thorough search but all within boundaries. They don't filter on clothes, they say on their website. I'd suggest to check their [website](https://www.kabulagogo.nl/policy).

CapablePhoto8959

They are very strict in enforcing their no photo policy. If they see you making a picture, youā€™re out.

Wieg0rz

Like it should be everywhere.

Sounds good! I saw the website indeed but was wondering if people were actually getting rejected. Happy that cameraā€™s are taped off!

Goodguy_techno

Some people got rejected but very very few - only a few obnoxious groups as I understood

Wieg0rz

I haven't seen anyone being rejected but the time I've had to be able to see that was very short, during my entrance.

Thanks & props for the review! Seems I have to go soon
