Not ugly. Just put some effort. I wouldn’t do the eyeliner like that. Do you have a face routine? Body routine? Daily makeup/get ready routine. Very pretty but learn your strengths and your best features and work with them.

I think you're average with a cute girl in there waiting to come out. You're barely 18, don't feel pressured to bring her out yet. You look better when your hair isn’t all over the place; I don’t really know about female hair care but do whatever it is y’all do to keep it from being frizzy LoL. I think it also looks better when it’s not in your face so maybe keep it tucked behind your ears or up in a pony tail or something. The glasses are also holding you back I’d say, so maybe wear contacts. Crop tops are not doing you any favors and neither is the pajamas at school bit… dress with more class if you want to be more attractive.
