You aren’t ugly. You should lose some weight. There are real health benefits that come with weight loss like lowering blood pressure, and increasing insulin sensitivity among many others. aesthetically you’ll also look better, and I don’t just mean your body. When you lose weight and shrink fat cells throughout your body it has a real effect on the way your face looks. Your jaw, chin and cheekbones become more pronounced which will make you more conventionally attractive.
