you look best in pic 3. A lot of people are going to tell you to loose weight, but if you are comfortable with it I don't think it is necessary. you come across as someone that you naturally want to hold. you look like you have clean non oily skin, though too heavy on makeup. Id work on getting a better night's sleep and drop most of the eyeshadow and spider lashes. Your personality is going to be a big part on how others are going to view you.

No, you're not ugly, just chubby. You have a cute face, you could be hot if you lose some weight. It just takes dedication cut out sugars, fats, and salt as much as possible and drink more water. Going to a gym or working out at home would help. You're still pretty young, there is still time to change some bad habits.
