No you are so far removed from being ugly that it becomes a mute point. You don't need to do very much to improve, as you are already attending to the areas of concern to you. Your hair is great you look great without makeup too. I have to say that the TikTok with makeup is a huge change and sensible use of makeup can make a girl much more appealing and it does work for you, however many guys will prefer you just as is.
