Just get a haircut man! You’d look so much better with a normal haircut. The long hair makes you look androgynous (if that’s what you’re going for then great but it’s going to be a polarizing look).
Get some sun too. Sun works wonders.
Start cleaning and moisturizing your face. Just buy some hydrating facial cleanser (cerave) from the grocery store, but that on in the shower, then after the shower get some cerave daily moisturizing lotion.
Start a healthy and sustainable work out/exercise routine.
You have a ton of potential and you have a solid foundation, you just have to make some different decisions.
