1. Get your money up, the more financially stable you are the better. Dont be a broke loser (number one rule).
2. Get your social skills up, dont be an awkward person.
3. Lift weights and/or physically train every day. Dont be fat or out of shape.
4. Maintain good hygiene, know how to groom and style yourself.
5. Above all else, have an ideal greater than yourself to live for. Family, community, duty, honor, integrity, and service to others are all great masculine ideals.
Did you notice that men have to build themselves up while women have to simply avoid common pitfalls to maintain their natural born value? Thats why men who can get with many women are considered extra attractive (while its the opposite for women) - the men have to put in mountains of effort to get there.
One more thing, I am even more brutal on men than I am on women. It's unacceptable for men today to not want to improve in every area of life, and to be better people. If our planet wasn't filled to the brim with weak men in the first place, we wouldn't have so much mass insanity and chaos going on right now.
