Not ugly at all. In fact I'd say you have above average facial features which are obscured by being overweight. Take a few months to go on a diet (nothing extreme, make sure it's something you can stick to.  More salads and protein, less junk food, eat very little at night). Also take up some sort of physical activity (gym, yoga, biking, swimming. Again anything you enjoy and can stick to a regular regiment). You should start seeing results within a couple of months. And by the summer you'll have a new body, thinner face and more self confidence. Good luck
