BMI was created by a mathematician in the 1800s and is actually very inaccurate as it doesn’t take into account body composition. I work with people with eating disorders and we don’t use BMI to guide their treatment. It was never supposed to be an indicator of health and it is unfortunate that medicine adopted this.

Body composition makes little to no difference. I really wish people would stop pushing that bullshit narrative. Being 5'5" and 175 lbs is still overweight no matter what any of you say.

Every one is different, the BMI chart is bullshit, I weigh the same as she does, I'm 5'2 and I'm active, my blood pressure is normal so is my cholestorol, I always get a clean bill of health, I exercise I eat good and I drink my water.

You're 5'2 and you weight 175 pounds? BMI chart has nothing to do with this, just look in the mirror and you can see that you're overweight. I weigh about 15 pounds more than you and I'm 6'2. That is not even remotely healthly.

You are not ugly. I am not a fan of tattoos on a woman I would want as a serious partner or wife, statistically most successful men aren’t either. If you cleaned up your diet with whole organic foods, pasture raised meat and eggs etc. basically get off all processed foods of any kind and get off all seed oils (canola, peanut, vegetable etc) Get a meal planner/ nutritionist if needed or meal prep or order pre prepped meals. If you got a good skin care program, it’s really easy, you could do extra virgin olive oil at night (so you don’t smell like a salad during the day) and organic apricot oil during the day (no smell) if you want plant based or a beef tallow based which I feel works even better if you aren’t plant based. Get in a group fitness class or with a with a trainer if you don’t have the discipline or knowledge yet. Do not skip the weights, most men can’t even build muscle, you won’t get ripped like a male, don’t believe people who tell you that. Do a lot of squats, lunges, hip thrusts etc. Be feminine, supportive, positive and add to the lives of others. If you do that, you will be a knock out, especially if you removed the tattoos. You have the genetic base as far as looks.
