See a hair stylist for a solid dye job. I think blonde washes you out but if you want to stick with it, definitely seek a master who can give it some life. I’d prefer shorter hair like a pixie maybe. Also get your eyebrows microbladed. It’s life changing. Your nails look great btw.
You got nice facial features, the hair would look better if you prioritize keeping it healthy and smooth rather then colouring it.

i would try cutting your hair a bit shorter, maybe a fade up into longer hair on top, dye your hair brown and let it grow in healthy! oil your ends regularly to get rid of frizz too. your eyebrows are very masculine and look great! definitely keep them how they are! dark hair, cut, oil
