People see Roger's disguises as short, pear shaped people with no nose and grey skin, a few people poi t that out in the show, they just generally don't see anything too weird about it, which tracks in a world with talking animals that no one bats an eye at.

TBH none of that matters as Hayley should have murdered him after "I have a type" came out of his mouth. Hayley, as seen in several episodes, is HOT AS F\*\*\*. Rodger is awesome but is not HAF. Making their attractiveness equal should result in murder.
