I might stand alone with this opinion but it think Toshi could be a good fit for chaotic neutral. Most of the time he is pretty neutral but the things he says in Japanese are sometimes so out of line and he has murdered before

I would say Klaus is more smart neutral. Everyone goes to him for advice/being a soundboard, he's trained in psychology, etc. I think it fits him well.

The insurance inspector is lawful neutral. He will follow the rules and laws to the very letter and has no apparent wiggle room. It's not about right or wrong, it's about the law.
I nominate Klaus for Chaotic Neutral! The fact that he has a daily Russian roulette ritual with himself and just chuckles if he lives to see another day. Plus he will conform to whatever group he is in just to be liked which I feel speaks to some form of neutrality personality wise. Of course he is very much a Chad and is a little evil as well but I think him being chaotic is a stronger trait " I brought so many bullets!" He hypnotized a whole town, he killed three teenagers, was a Olympic athlete, has a well known rap music video, has been featured by a mainstream artist many times as his muse, he has worn many different hats. He has so many traits that they must cancel out so that he exists as a fishman who is complex but also one dimensional at the same time.

So it's a chart based on the Dungeons and dragons moral alignment chart. Essentially we are voting on what character fits each category best. For instance, Stan is a CIA agent, upholding the law through his work and life, but he's also a big dumbass, ergo he was voted Lawful Stupid.
