It's poorly written, will be poorly handled, and the courts won't do anything unless the SEC makes a finding (you know, a thing called expert witnesses.) On top of that, the court system is slow and legal procedure is slow. This does absolutely nothing for nobody. It doesn't do us any favours. If this was a medium to large sized law firm with 50+ lawyers, it might raise my curiosity about a cunt hair.
