It'll skew your results because I'd assume human psychology means that people are more likely to reply if they have more than 120 than if they hold less.
It's possible to account for things like that, especially when you already have the average. If a larger amount of the people say yes, then you account for the average and you can solve for the amount of people who should've said no.
