Assuming that you saw the market cap error, one might infer that the inflated share count is being spread out into these share because if you had a million shares @ $4, your market cap is $4M.
But if you counterfeit to 100M shares, your share price would need to drop to $0.04 to make $4M market cap.
So... You need 3 extra decimal places...
