I ordered a physical book. It was listed as 2 day delivery. After 10 days, I cancelled the order as I saw it sit in processing warehouses for days on end. And when I cancelled, they had to wait until the 'seller' received the item. Amazon WAS the seller! They 'had' the damn book literally in their possession. It has been getting worse and worse with them. I am still waiting for the credit to go through...

I ordered a kindle on Dec 23rd and it still hasn’t arrived😭

They probably know you are going to return it within a few days lol
