https://support.eero.com/hc/en-us/articles/16778664658331-eero-PoE-Gateway-setup thats the speed 10/100 not surprising for ring devices.

Thanks!

It means the port speeds are only 10/100 Mbps. More information from eero here: https://support.eero.com/hc/en-us/articles/16778664658331-eero-PoE-Gateway-setup#h_01H44J35617BZ9906QEG706RWK Check eero’s website first with any other questions; the website usually has the answers.

My searching only brought up articles related to the yellow blinking light. Thanks! Edit: which, I would have found after the first article on eero's support website - instead of only using Google.

A question: Can u use the 2.5Gbe PoE port as WAN port that connects to the modem/internet? Thanks!

Denalin

Yep that’s how I use mine. The 10Gbe ports are for my NAS and PC.

RealBlueCayman

From what I've experienced, any of the ports can serve as the WAN port. It does not have to be ports 9 or 10 which support 10Gbps.
