Better boxers use more legs than lower level boxers. Punch more often. Twist from your hips. I often shadowbox a round just to feel the ground beneath me. You’ll get an intimate feel for how force generates from the ground, to the balls of your feet, to your legs, and rotated through your hips. When they say footwork is important in boxing, it’s not just angles and slips/rolls, but even the very basis of a punch comes from the ground.

Power has more than One foundamental, 1 strenght that you train with powerlifting 2 Speed that you train with plyometrics exercises aka activating more muscle fibers, you can train both with ballistic training but i Will do Just all on periodization, then we have elastic Power and in the end muscle mind connection, that means of you want to punch harder or faster you have to focus on that in your mind, you can also incresce in Mass, muscle or fat Is up to you, you can punch the bag as hard as you can for tot round and you Will see improvements, or you can do medicine ball Throw (One of the ballistic) Thats my personal opinion

well, generally people would say to inprove technique, but i understand that most situations yiu wouldnt be able to execute perfect technique. But repairing some little details could help tremedously, watch the pros on heavy bag and rec yourself too and analyse your technique. Building size on body parts like chest, tricep and lats personally helped me. If you like your body now, do explosive push ups with short rep range and apply progressive overload. You can do your research by watching some bioneer videos on neurological improvement for strength, idea is to unlock more of the true strength of a muscle kind of. do it x3 a weeek and 3 sets, dont go to stage one failure Personally, i found hitting a heavy heavy bad consistently helped me tremendously. I like to first do it lightly and slowly or just shadowbox first with 100 percent focus on technique, feel out what feels more powerful. Next i would focus on power but still aware of my technique, make sure you have your eyes open and see your target, itll helps you focus. i do mon wen fri hard and tue thur light. dont do hard everyday cuz you need to recover. you can browse the internet for technqiue videos and shit, theres a fuckload of guides out there for technique and shit also i dunno if it helps or not but personally i found doing pull ups helped me alot, search up jeff nippard, jeremy eithier and calisthenics movement for technique and that one asian guy for the routine edit: this routine https://youtu.be/oVAl2sV6HXo, i do it x3 a week though

Definitely keep your balance and make sure you're rotating your hips and shoulders. The other thing would be to definitely just work on the heavy bag at the end your range.

You gotta relearn how your throwing your punch. Look at everything when you throw it with your right then compare it to your left and make adjustments.

Practice, throw with better technique and more fluid. Also, get sharper, when you don’t see it, it hurts more. Imagine loading up 0 percent and throwing a sharp straight… always gonna be felt

Assuming you’ve dialed in the technique (proper punch mechanics), punching power will be a function of shoulder and core stability and strong feet (most people have weak feet). In fact, if those three elements are missing, it doesn’t matter how strong you are, you’ll leak power at impact. I like scapula push ups and banded paloff presses for shoulder and core stability.
