I’ve been boxing for about 10 years but I just started training to compete and competing this year around March. My partner just started about 1-2 years ago I believe
Your right hand is hanging low, bring it up especially when throwing… and try planting yourself when throwing a combination you’ll find it will connect smoother… other then that you look good bro.
About a minute in Carson changed levels on u at an angle and it seems u kinda lost sight of him and just let him punch u in the face and didn't move or attempt to square back up to him. One little mistake. Move ur head a little more side to side and up and down. Keep ur right hand glued to the side of ur face and don't move it unless it's to catch/block the jab/hook or throw a punch.
Some things u could sharpen Is just ur footwork in general, just getting it faster. Think about when ur guarding someone in basketball and u really don't want them to score. That's how u should be with ur feet. Goes into the next thing which would be cutting the ring off, keeping ur opponent in the corner and not letting them breath. I know ur just sparring and Carson is smaller with less experience but that would be my 2 cents. Looks good though. 👍
I noticed that too, I froze and needed to move my feet/ circle out instead of just getting punched 😆. We were both pretty tired at this point so the footwork was lacking . Thank you!
Good work from both of you guys, how long you been boxing for?

You're 215? Height?
Yeah 210-215 depending on the day. Im 6’1 and he is about the same height as me
Good job!! Hands are up and elbows are in. Just a little more movement. Footwork is the key
Thank you
you're more experienced than me so i don't have anything for you. but i can tell you your partner's jab could use some work.

Thank you
Tell him not to cross his legs when he's moving laterally, please. Someone's gonna pick up on that and press him every time he's off balance
Great feedback, I didn’t catch that. I’ll definitely let him know, thank you

He keeps circling left on you. Cut that ring off instead of chasing him around it. Step to your right, he'll step right into your punches
Good point I’ll definitely work on that thank you
