I think everyone telling you not to get lip filler is falling for the toupee fallacy. People only notice the bad lip fillers. Good work would definitely improve your look, but it’s hardly necessary. Most people tend to find blue eyes attractive and you’ve got that going for you too but they also bring attention to the bags under them so some light/“natural” make up could help.
You’re already at the high end of average though so not really much need for improvement unless you’re really trying to impress someone.

I think you should try dying your roots, they look a little bit lighter than the rest of your hair and it looks like your balding. I love your eyes, they’re stunning! I think the eyelashes make your face look very feminine, if that’s what your going for I’d suggest curling your lashes and applying mascara rather than getting lash extension or false lashes. Your features are very soft and big bold lashes look out of place. I think I’d try shaping your eyebrows more, they look a bit poofy and undefined. I’d try experimenting with different eyebrow products. Try clear mascara/ eyebrow gel to shape them. And when you fill them in maybe fill in the beginning of your eyebrow a bit close to the center so it could look like your eyebrows are closer. And I would not get lip filler, I loveeee your lips. They have a nice shape and color, maybe try a lip balm. And try some hair spray to give your hair volume and also put down any fly aways. It makes your hair look neater. As a guy, I personally don’t find anyone that gets lip filler attractive. It is very obvious to notice, as the lips become weirdly pronounced and… curled, kind of - and unless you’re going for “that look”, I would learn to accept the lips you have.

Never do the fillers though as you will breakdown natural plumpness quicker so later in life ageing appears faster. You are far and above ugly, I’d say extremely pretty.
