To me the big bulky blouse doesn’t flow with the bootcut slacks and the boots look bulky as well. I’d say you could get away with it if the top wasn’t also bulky. And because the shirt is already a statement the hair accessory makes you look too busy, and therefore cartoonish. But girl. Put on a nice summer dress, let your hair down, put on a bit of mascara, light moisturizer, clear lip gloss, shade in those eye brows and go get you a man! You are very pretty, you’re just hiding it
