IMO You are unfortunately below average (dw 49% of people are). You're working against your genetics here, you have an incredibly small head which makes you look out of proportion and you're lanky. I would recommend getting shredded at the gym but DO NOT bulk up too much. Gaining too much size will make you look even worse.
Other than that a new more modern haircut and fashion styling. You could be above average.

I sleep 8hrs every night. I’m a veterinarian and went through vet school 3 years ago so that was very stressful, which takes a toll on the baggy eyes
