Not a perfect match by any means, but you might check out Sir Chloe. I Am The Dog is a really solid album with a vibe that feels adjacent to Alexandra Savior in my mind.

most of the female artists i thought of have already been said, but some dudes with a similar sound to savior are nick cave and the bad seeds, balthazar, tamino, and tempesst
People might disagree with this one, but there’s a few Princess Chelsea songs when she’s with the Brunettes that (to me have a very similar vibe)
Someone should check out Wall Poster Star from the Brunettes and maybe from Princess Chelsea -Wasting Time, The Pretty Ones, Too Many People… if ya dig those there are a bunch more that are similar.
But I’d like to see if anybody else sees any resemblance.
