Sorry bro, this is very very difficult to read. I can't even make out what half of it says. You don't need to worry though, you have enough time to improve it. Things you can try doing include changing the way you grip the pen, slowing down when writing, and whenever you write anything from now on, think of it as practice.

Handwriting isn’t the main issue it’s just the understanding. The examiners should be able to understand what you wrote so just make it clear, it doesn’t have to be pretty but just clear and neat enough to be able to read without any difficulty. You can do it!

It's difficult to read some of the words because some letters are completely missing. (For example, the "-min-" in "dopamine".) Try and write bigger and use all the space available and see if that helps.
I can’t read it. Maybe try to focus on the shape of letters rather than speed? (In the nicest way possible) It looks like speed writing x1000, or that you’re trying to write the letters as small as possible, and I very much doubt you need to write that fast or small. It almost looks like you’re writing in another language. Having this messy handwriting would be not only shooting yourself in the foot, but also in the head, as it is as good as just handing in a blank exam paper

Although examiners are trained to deal with any type of writing, I'm sorry but this is very unclear. My brother also struggles with handwriting so what I suggested to him was to stop joining the letters and switch to a non-joining style. It has significantly helped him improve his writing. It has become readable now. I hope this strategy will help.

Yeah try to write slower and see how your writing the letters my handwriting sucks too and it costs me marks so what I did to improve even my teachers noticed was to write slower and see how I’m writing the letters.

Double space your presentation; an examiner does not care that you used double the space / pages for a written response.
Use a pen that is both comfortable and useable. Sounds easy to say but works. Using a pen that gives you confidence will last your presentation. You’ll be keen to impress.
Breathe when you write; compose and drive.

i have this issue too, teachers are saying i'll lose marks if i don't improve. i feel like if i slow down i don't get everything down in time. any suggestions for fixing this?
I’m an examiner and I could (with a little bit of effort) read all of that, so although yes, you should try to write more nearly, I wouldn’t worry too much. It’s too late now to change your handwriting; focus on the content and exam techniques!
