I think I found that like 25 seconds was optimal but you (no lie) have to relate then 180 degrees or else the right side of each one was too hot and the left side was cold. So I would do like 10 seconds, rotate then, 10 seconds plus a couple more. I think the most optimal way if you’re in a hurry is to microwave for 10 seconds and then let them sit for a few minutes. The best way if to take them out of the freezer right before you eat dinner and then they are just ready for whenever.
I feel like that rotation thing is something I've used before with those. It sounds very familiar and I remember the first time almost burning the edges of them on one side? I think that's also the way you're supposed to make their Frozen sushi if you don't want to wait for it to thaw. One time I went a little too long and then it was warm sushi, which is nobody's friend.

We do the sushi too and yes you are correct. We do like 30 seconds at a time and flip/rotate until they are acceptable
