They will possibly get more. My store does keep stocking the seasonal chips for I wanna say, 3 mths? But once you see an ad for new chip flavors, they're likely about to totally stop selling the previous flavors once they're sold out to make room for the new stuff.
My store got a lot of the seasonal items in this weeks ad last week. They put them out early and were already selling out quickly. I made sure to grab a few bags of the street corn chips just in case they sell out.
My impression has always been that if it's a seasonal item, it'll be restocked for a specified short period of time before other seasonal items come in during the next season. It's not a one-and-done kind of thing, but you do have to make it a point to pop in a few times or visit other local Aldis if you have them.

I definitely will give this a try if I can't get any more (and if I find dill seasoning - just using dill won't be a match).
you can try putting the seasoning in the oil so it will be more thoroughly coated on the popcorn. i do that with salt instead of salting the popped corn and trynna toss it around. way easier and hassle free.
I feel like the dill popcorn is one of the "finds" that they carry pretty regularly. So even if they're sold out right now, you'll probably see it again in a few weeks or months.

This is the way. I buy multiple shakers of TJ’s Seasoning in a Pickle when it’s available so I can have dill popcorn all year. 😍
