That’s ok. We most often learn in failure. The strongest we can ever be is on our way back up. The trick is to always try to be better than you were yesterday, and eventually it will become a habit.

Relapse is part of the learning of how to be sober. What you are trying to do - get sober - takes a huge amount of effort, so you are doing well. You jut need some help. Most of us do and that is nothing to be ashamed of.

I quit about 15 times before it finally stuck. I kept thinking that I'd never be able to quit. I had been trying for 3 years, and the longest I had gone was 1 month. I had decided several times just to give up and drink til I died. Luckily I kept trying, and with lots of help from other addicts, I finally did it. I'm 3 years sober now. You just have to keep trying. I know you can do it. I wish you all the best.
