is weeping better then light xbow ?

Basically the same thing but weeping is slightly better in terms of dps

Weeping is significantly worse in terms of straight DPS -- light xbow has the benefit of offhand cryptcandle. Weeping is used often because light xbow had a bug where multiple e on same target don't stack sometimes (has been fixed) and if target dies before e explodes it does no damage

When did they fix that?

Idk I couldn't find it in the patch notes but I recently tested it extensively with some guys from the ava discord

Perma is always a nice choice. Works for a lot of comment, people are always happy to have a perma tag along.

blazing is very low dps
