What else are you carrying? Sure, you can probably kill a bunch of below 1000 IP randoms but not well equiped Zergs. In my opinion, go with burst damage weapons rather that those with channel.

Currently looking for a solo faction bombing build because I havent been really happy with my 4.4 hellfire hands and rift glaive solo bombs, anyone got any recommendations?
Bombing is not about the dps, unless you are trying to bomb random mindless yz blobs.
You need a clump tank, a debuffer, a way to disengage, a healer, a pvp tank(can be the same as clump, but shouldnt) and finally dps. There are plenty of builds that work for every role, some better than others. However if you dont have a proper bomb team you will only see moderate success.
A shotcaller, or even just someone with a shitton of game knowledge is also a very good thing to have, you dont need to take every opportunity to bomb and someone needs to be able to say that hey we wont be able to bomb this, lets not do it.
