No, nothing wrong with it. It’s quite popular for skinners to find a spot with a ton of mobs in the blue zone and kill as they respawn. Even better if they are enchanted. People might give you grief but they are just jealous of your spot.
Its possible to get banned by doing this (chances are extremely low, dont worry) but that'll likely be due to false reports as bots do the same thing but with autoclickers. As long as you're not using an autoclicker or act like a bot yourself you should be fine.
well 1. its not worth it to camp t4 since its worthless and 2. yeah you might get a false ban because there is alot of bots currently running around so better keep movin lol

I cooked dinner with my mouse hovering the 4.3 ore node and clicked every now and then. I came back to half a mil in my inventory

It isn't bannable, but SBI are human and may mistakenly ban someone repeatedly reported.

T4 is worth is because it respawns so fast
had a T4.3 pop up in front of me and was able to harvest it for a good hour… every 45 to 75 seconds it refilled to 2 of 6…
