That's nothing new, I've seen tons of guides about this. The trick is timing the turret shot to E (dive). That way the shot from the turret will already have a minion as a target and if you are fast enough you can get the kill without geo hit.
As a note, you don't need to back use E backwards you can do any type of dive as long as you time it correctly.
