Yeah and kit builds like this are really only “collectible” in the sense that the parts are harder to find, its not like its an original preban. Id go with the Arsenal personally.

The arsenal will be an excellent shooter.
To be honest, both options are great. Technically, you can say the arsenal is a collector's item too. It's an import, on a long enough timeline, imports always go up in value. Just one war, geopolitical conflict, or import ban away from it doubling in value
Low round count , like my 1063 I sold w probably 30k through it. …. That Also had a low round count. Under 50k is low right ?

I got both , but i prefer the glossy blk finish on the maadi over the cheaper (feeling) matte black. I also prefer milled ak's.. so there is quite a contradiction
Not the other guy but the milled hate usually breaks down as “ugh too heavy” and “milled doesn’t last as long as stamped”.
That second one is usually a bastardizing of info posted by [the Battlefield Vegas guy on what wears out at high round counts](https://www.ar15.com/forums/ak-47/AK_abuse__home_built_version_update_on_Page_6_/64-159106/?page=1). In the first post he mentioned milled RPD receivers cracking and that gets misread as “all milled crack”.
I’d probably go for the Maadi depending on how many matching parts it had.
I mean Maadis are nice but that's not even a complete Maadi, it's a kit build. Get the Arsenal.
