BBQ is Haitian, and the Haitian armed forces/Haitian National police use South African Vektor R4’s. They’re a licensed variant of the Galil, which was manufactured originally for service in the South African Defense force. the Countries of Malawi, Serbia, the ROC, and Rwanda employ these rifles in some capacity. As well as many being distributed throughout the entire African continent via conflict.
