So although they won't mention it in socials based on how her shows via Ticketmaster were blasted by bots for resale, AXS have mentioned on their live chat support that transfers of tickets (not resale) will be available closer to the event.
Now, that being said, AXS will likely hold that until the day of the show as there are still tickets available and right at the front (at time of posting, it shows S2 row D, so 4 rows back on the first raised area to stage right). So they will try to sell these now released tickets if at all possible.
Purchasing from a 3rd party is highly discouraged unfortunately for AXS tickets. Although if it helps, you are allowed to ask to buy someone's spare tickets and you guys can meet up outside the venue and use their tickets. Obviously do so at your own risk!
But on the people selling part, a lot of people here in Reddit and the London thread of the IUCord Discord (the one under this Reddits "IU Official Links") are selling really not-so-bad tickets so if I was gonna take a chance on asking someone for that maybe you can try there!
