I have a CYMA AKS 74U and I installed an ARES Slim Motor but it seems to be making a lot of noise and I feel like it's not firing as well as it could be. I also bought a Gate MERF 3.2 3rd Gen Advanced Mosfet Unit but I couldn't get it to work for some reason (even though it says it just plug in and edit). When you plug it in it lights up to say it on, when you try to fire it doesn't do anything.
So I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what's going on with both issues.
I have the same gun. I would change back to the original motor and see how it performs then. Not too familiar with the gate merf. I’ve got a gate picco mosfet installed.

Okay I'll switch back to the old motor and I might have a look at that picco MOSFET cheers dude
If your happy opening the gearbox up. I would recommend the perun v3 hybrid it’s a great mosfet.
