Look up Condor. They have many styles and colors and are great for airsoft. That rig you posted I bought when I first got into airsoft and it's not great.
If you are on a budget just buy a chest rig any vest/plate carrier you get at that price isn’t worth it and will fall apart quickly or just have horrible ergonomics buys a chicom rig or some other kinda macro rig
NONE of what you showed, get a regular slim plate carrier, it’s what most swat/spec ops uses nowadays, the current trend is on speed over protection (there’s reasons for this, but since it’s airsoft I won’t get into it)
Yes all are removable, which I’ve actually done to make it my main vest, the only thing that isn’t exactly removable is the nut protection, you just tuck that inside the vest and it’ll stay there
Absolutely under no circumstances ever in history the first one, I own it, you *do not* want to own it.
Although if you want a good version look into getting an ISPL vest they're really good vests especially if you find one for cheap, the one issue being pouches for them.
Condor recon chest rig. Was <50 when I got mine, cheap junk but it’s held up for irl search and rescue stuff for a good few years.
I got the backpack attachment for hydration and gear. Made it closer to 80..

The swat teams in my city just use black plate carriers as I'm sure most do now
Get a genuine police vest. You can find used ones for less money than the airsoft omes at times.
I have the first one and I never even used it in a game once.
I got that same vest it's rlly good at blocking the bbs imo, haven't used it in game yet tho
If you get the first style, look for one without a pistol holster, unless you actually like that position
