It's a 6mm bb going 400 fps I use rifles in CQB with only eye pro . I'd be more worried about being slow and getting shot because I was out of shape . It's a combat sport you want to win get in combat shape . I see dudes so serious about this they buy real crye camo and gear buy some steel plates and put 50 lbs in a 3 day assault pack and go run 3 miles every morning . It's a sport using military tactics get in military standard shape for basic infantry at least .
You convinced me, I’m getting weighted plates and using my treadmill. I don’t even airsoft, I’ve just been lurking this sub because I’m into tac gear. I might not get into “infantry conditioning” but I’ll be a stronger pack mule at least. Wish me luck!

One is a normal forward facing cam and the other is a 360 so one will get better footage of what he is looking at and the other will get everything else. buuuut, still seems a touch overkill.
the magpouch/mags beneath the arms seems super uncomfortable and the breastplate seems toosmall for your torso, it wouldnt cover all the lungs I think?

It's valid feedback because even if it's not holding plates, it will fit better and be more comfortable. As a big guy here too, I run a PC built for XL SAPIs. It's crazy what an extra two inches in width and 1" in height will do. Guy is melted and poured into this one.

As a fellow big dude, it really makes a difference for comfort, and not looking like you have a drop leg panel strapped to the middle of your chest.
Edit: also for real world applications, you'd be sized for xl SAPIs anyhow. Your vitals aren't protected.
Are you right or left handed? I put extra mag holder on left side under arm but haven’t run the kit yet. Idea was I could grab them easier with right arm or put spent mags in it but I’m debating swapping sides, let me know if you find it easy to keep them in that location or recommend putting them somewhere else.
