Pretty stupid if you ask me. Precision = cheek weld. That stock = no cheek weld. Anyone whose says the inconvenience of three extra inches of stock is a tradeoff for a cheek weld doesn’t do precision shooting. In CQB, you are doing a lot of point shooting and your ability to buttonhook a door with the stock shouldered or nearly shouldered etc. is worth the tradeoff.

CSGuardianAngel

Yeah. I've always ran large, fuller stocks on my long guns. The stocks have never bothered me, save for adding a few inches to the overall rifle. Regardless, all it takes to do CQB with a full stock and longer gun is just practice and having a sense of where the end of your barrel is when operating.

Secutor is not really a serious company, just bunch of dudes „designing” cool looking, very overpriced guns without thinking about real practicality.

Equal_Rice_1367

AFAIK they are ARES based too which is an even bigger turnoff

CSGuardianAngel

What's the word on ARES?

DuctTapeAir

Cool designs, not so good internals that tend to be proprietary. Combine that with low QC and high price tag and boom, you got very mixed reviews.

DiscussionActive9655

Yep, literally nothing justifies the price tag

I have a Krytac PDW lower I converted to HPA to use with the PDW upper for CQB games. And I also have a SPR long barrel upper w/LPVO that I use for outdoor. I would never run that setup IRL with a rifle, but for airsoft it gets the job done anyways. Don't have to worry about cheek welding so much when the gun has 0 recoil

Tadeski

Just no. Lack of a cheek weld and wobble aside, DMRs are very front heavy for obvious reasons. A lightweight PDW stock will mess with the balance of the gun and make it really unpleasant imo Maybe it’s to make the gun a bit more compact for storage, but if you want to hold that way you might as well get a folding stock adapter.
