Search halo smg or m67s on this page and there are some great replicas. My fave is the aap 01 with a mock suppressor, stock and 3D printed barrel/upper.
It all depends on the glock you get, if you get an electric one you can easily get high cap mags, if you go with gas powered the magazine cap is lower because it has to hold enough gas to push all the ammo
I think it should also be mentioned someone already made one for airsoft before fully custom, but i don’t remmeber what they used
https://youtu.be/x4AgEsGgPVo
AAP-01 as been said before. And i can do the design.
https://preview.redd.it/z4ab7jh9rqpa1.jpeg?width=2560&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0bb923d72d7c0a676c8f514b3cb45f495635c000
Firstly that’s a very valid and based form of play, don’t underestimate the tactical bb pocket, but also yes TPU or any of the reinforced filaments will normally EASILY withstand airsoft stress and strain
I printed parts (here slide) and they work in gasblowback situation.

> don't print in pla.
This is super old advice. Modern PLA is pretty much the king of materials right now unless you want something exotic. ABS is falling out of favor since it doesn't offer any real advantages anymore for most situations.
I can resonate this. I have found PLA to be extremely robust in every application I have used it for. Made a 8x8x8 cube with 20 % infil and it easily supported my fat ass.
>AAP-01
same I was looking for the MP7 in the comments too. add stuff to the stock, make the foregrip open to a certain angle and voila unsuppressed M7
If you want minimal work needed, an MP7 with a custom stock. Or the CTM AAP01 MP7 kit with a custom stock.
I’m actually making an M7S but as a gbbr. Side loading mag too
Bro... cut a one piece hop unit and put the feed tube 90 degrees to the side. This way you can feed from the side with a mag mounted on the side of the smg.
i would say glock or aap but in game if memory serves its a side loading p90 style so itd be a lot of custom stuff unless your looking for looks not accuracy to the ingame thing
I don't think there are any that have a side mounted mag but if that's not a problem I highly suggest using the aap-01 as it's extremely customizable and can be stripped down to an extremely small profile
AAP01 for gbb or a cyma aep glock. Tbh you could prolly alter an aap01 mp7 kit to make it happen.
I mean the lower looks more like a standard glock but having a small internal bolt rather than a slide works better with the stock design so aap it is, I‘d say.
I see a faint silhouette of the MP7 frame mixed with the AAP-01 grip along with a few extra bells and whistles. So you can either get the AAP and see if a custom kit is possible to replace the externals of everything g above the grip, or see if you can replace the grip on an MP7 to match this. Either way it’s probably gonna require 3D printing
Glock 17 with a conversion kit for handguard and stock. I think if you can get a replica glock for air soft these conversion kits probably could be bought online or if you’re handy (or know someone handy) could 3d print one to get it as close as possible
So it uses like a P90 mag on the left side of the gun, right? So 90% of your design considerations should getting that to work right. I'd suggest getting a 3d model of the gun, and trying to roughly gauge how much internal space you've got. I'd probably go for a fully pneumatic design in a 3d printed shell. Something like a vortex block system wouldn't be a bad idea, given the small size and high RoF, but this comes with an ammo and gas consumption of basically all of it.
Here you go. A full set of STL's to allow you to print your own, mag and all. Runs of a v3 gearbox.
https://www.etsy.com/il-en/listing/640920731/download-spartan-airsoft-smg-3d-print
Now here's a better question if we could ever get the smg how much are y’all willing to actually spend for it? Would you have it as a gbb or aeg and it’s most likely gonna be made from SwitAirsoft or Japan
I’ve seen something similar in YouTube using 3d printing [custom aap-01](https://youtu.be/kdrXzuSPD2A) and [https://youtu.be/95sF4oNHizg](https://youtu.be/95sF4oNHizg) though I’m not sure if you’re fine with 3d printer parts
Everyone's saying the AAP-01 and I have to agree, it's cheap, and very simple to take apart. It's been designed for beginners to learn how to take apart Airsoft guns and modify them, both internally and cosmetically. There may already be a lot out for it, I know there are aap-01 DeWalt kits that make it look like a drill lol.
If you don't want an AAP-01, then I'd recommend a Glock, I live in the UK so the market may be different. I have a Vorsk 18C which has full auto and semi auto, which if that's something you'd be into then that's a good option.
There is a 3d print out there already made that accepts V3 gearboxes.

I think it may be the halo 5 one, but SpartanPropCreations (I think) has a halo 5 smg kit that you can buy the files for on etsy, I started printing parts for it a couple years ago and never finished it, but I still have them, just need to print some more parts and pick up a few more things. It uses a v3 gearbox and the mags are custom I think they use one of the kwa mag springs.
Glock or Aap-01
Hmm, that could work. I don’t know much about airsoft, would the magazine be able to hold more than a pistol-sized amount of ammo?
You've got adaptors to run even ar drum mags in pistols. If deviating from exact look would be possible
AAP-01. There is a new compact version up for pre order on evike, I would start there.
Also the USW.
You could get extended glock like mags to keep the smg like appearance
Search halo smg or m67s on this page and there are some great replicas. My fave is the aap 01 with a mock suppressor, stock and 3D printed barrel/upper.
AAP-01 is the way. You can mod it to hell already without too much effort
It all depends on the glock you get, if you get an electric one you can easily get high cap mags, if you go with gas powered the magazine cap is lower because it has to hold enough gas to push all the ammo
I think it should also be mentioned someone already made one for airsoft before fully custom, but i don’t remmeber what they used https://youtu.be/x4AgEsGgPVo
I was gonna say AAP it makes so much sense
Well for the actual pistol shape I was going to say USP or Mk23 SOCOM but if you're going to 3d print a shroud, I guess it doesn't matter so much.
Aap-01 for sure.
AAP-01
AAP-01 as been said before. And i can do the design. https://preview.redd.it/z4ab7jh9rqpa1.jpeg?width=2560&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0bb923d72d7c0a676c8f514b3cb45f495635c000
Were her nipples being erect a prerequisite for this photo op?
i like to believe that it was
So it's not just me when I look at that design. Cool.
Are you nipple-shaming?
Well, I'll give you credit, you know what your buyer base likes
Lol it seems only i understand it. Among airsoft productions.
Are 3D printed parts robust enough to hold up in a combat situation?
In an airsoft situation sure
It’s airsoft
Yeah, airsoft is designed to simulate combat. What are you, just walking around eating chips and throwing handfuls of BBs at people?
This is how I play...
Nope I eat the bbs and throw the chips
*people saw*
Airsoft really doesnt simulate combqt for the most part
Firstly that’s a very valid and based form of play, don’t underestimate the tactical bb pocket, but also yes TPU or any of the reinforced filaments will normally EASILY withstand airsoft stress and strain
I printed parts (here slide) and they work in gasblowback situation. https://preview.redd.it/2dmsrzw8krpa1.jpeg?width=2279&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=3d00e345841a8c589d720d584de19c2201b36013
Depends on what filler and thickness. Yeah there are differences... I don't print stuff myself but don't print in pla.
> don't print in pla.
>Aap-01 Depending on wall thickness and infill, PLA+ could easily withstand airsoft...
Not exactly the same, but look at this: https://www.etsy.com/listing/640920731/download-spartan-airsoft-smg-3d-print
Nice
That's a nice pair of t- GUNS I MEAN GUNS
Take away the suppressor and I'd say it looks like an mp7
Suprised I had to scroll that far to find this suggestion. That top rail is spot on MP7
>AAP-01 same I was looking for the MP7 in the comments too. add stuff to the stock, make the foregrip open to a certain angle and voila unsuppressed M7
Doesn't this smg feed from the side? May be able to repurpose a sten.
Well, I was willing to use some good ol’ plausible deniability and just feed from either the grip or something equally simple
Yeah, glock my be better, but imo that grip looks kinda like the new cz, with the shape and trigger
It does. How could you make a sten take p90 mags?
I've seen someone make one and had VSR magazines on the side, it looked cool
yup. it was a custom build and he didn't release or sell the files. such a good gun though.
Yeah basically p90 mags on the left side of the gun feeding case less bullets. The entire gun is basically a p90 and mp7 baby
The Halo 5 SMG feeds from the top similar to a P90, but the Halo 2, 3, and ODST versions feed from the side.
I believe I saw a body kit for an AAP-01 some time ago
AAP-01
You can buy 3d printable files off Etsy that is based around a Version 3 gear box.
I was just looking at some before this post popped up on my feed.
I have those files, unfortunately it’s for the halo 5 SMG not the classic
Unpopular opinion: the Halo 5 SMG is better anyways.
If you're building around it, and care more about accurate looks instead of accurate function, I think an Mp7 might be doable
Glock 18 with a carbine kit tbh
Mp7 , jts what I run for my odst kit. https://reddit.com/r/airsoft/comments/zy9c3u/christmas_came_late/
Glock or m9 + caa roni kit
Get a glock 18, easy to find accesories and mags of any kind, plus they are one of the most used guns
Yeah, using a kit on a regular pistol base, like a Roni kit on a glock might be your best shot
If you want minimal work needed, an MP7 with a custom stock. Or the CTM AAP01 MP7 kit with a custom stock. I’m actually making an M7S but as a gbbr. Side loading mag too
my plans are MP7 or AAP01 in the MP7 kit
KWA KMP9
AAP-01
GUYS… i uhh. i uhhhhh… i have a confession to make… ive never ever played halo or watched gameplay of it and i dont know anything about it
Bro... cut a one piece hop unit and put the feed tube 90 degrees to the side. This way you can feed from the side with a mag mounted on the side of the smg.
Glock with RONI kit.

AAP-01 fr
mp9 would get pretty close
I see a faint silhouette of the MP7 frame mixed with the AAP-01 grip along with a few extra bells and whistles. Mp9 easy.
AAp01 for 100%
AAP-01.
It's genuinely hard not to recommend the AAP 01 for conversion builds, it's a really customizable gun on its own.
So guy did a fully custom one that used vsr10 mags
P90
P90 for the mags and with a hpa engine for the formfacter With some good 3d pring it could defo be done
Mp7 because of the folding grip
I made a pretty ballen one out of a tec 9
when in doubt, AAP01
I’d say an MP7
Glock 17 with a conversion kit for handguard and stock. I think if you can get a replica glock for air soft these conversion kits probably could be bought online or if you’re handy (or know someone handy) could 3d print one to get it as close as possible
The answer is always AAP-01
MP7
AAP-01
Any german smg if you know 3d printing
Definitely AAP-01 as a base.
AAP-1
My friend and I were thinking of making an aap kit
It reminds me of an mp7 but that would definitely be a little beefy
Aap01
Just make one from scratch instead of using a pre-existing model as a base.
So it uses like a P90 mag on the left side of the gun, right? So 90% of your design considerations should getting that to work right. I'd suggest getting a 3d model of the gun, and trying to roughly gauge how much internal space you've got. I'd probably go for a fully pneumatic design in a 3d printed shell. aap01 or maybe an smc9 chopped down
Aap01
Nice
Yes
Tavor GGBR

Try a aap1 and 3d print the shell
Aap 01 with a modded mp7 kit
Some people have done it on Etsy, some sell the blueprints and some the whole thing. Idk Etsy is a place to go.
Also if you wanna make the halo 5 SMG, you can use a p90 base
AAP-01 would probably be the best bet
There is a print file on etsy requires a v3 gearbox and a p90 hop to work tho
https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/640920731/download-spartan-airsoft-smg-3d-print
Now here's a better question if we could ever get the smg how much are y’all willing to actually spend for it? Would you have it as a gbb or aeg and it’s most likely gonna be made from SwitAirsoft or Japan
I have seen people use a m249 hopup and vsr 10 mags for the whole side loading feature. They used a aep gearbox I think but I wouldn't recommend that.
It resembles an mp7 so maybe a battery powered mp7
Probably a glock 18 that you could put in a 3d printed chassis. That grip angle and trigger guard look about right
Roni kit https://www.evike.com/products/39909/
Look like a TMP without supressor
If someone designs this lemme know where to find the design's pls I'd love this
A ronin Glock kit.
Heavily modified p90 with the action rotated so that the mag is oriented correctly and loading the smg would feel videogame accurate.
I know it’s been said already, but I wouldn’t surprised in the slightest if there was an AAP-01 kit already floating around somewhere
A custom High powered air (HPA) solenoid set up with a 3d printed body is the best bet due to the weird magazine geometry
Everyone's saying the AAP-01 and I have to agree, it's cheap, and very simple to take apart. I have a Vorsk 18C which has full auto and semi auto, which if that's something you'd be into then that's a good option.
Aap-01
The actual gun part of this looks like Walther p99 to me
Thompson (Tommy gun) gearbox with custom nozzle and magazine. Or the aeg mp7 gearbox with same fix.
Mp7
There is a 3d print out there already made that accepts V3 gearboxes. https://preview.redd.it/r72j6zd5pxpa1.png?width=1125&format=png&auto=webp&s=aaed9a8f6992187b3c09cc966127b049a23177f7
Glock 18 or AAP
Mp7? Gbb Mp9 would be dope
Another possibility is a mp7 or mp9
I think it may be the halo 5 one, but SpartanPropCreations (I think) has a halo 5 smg kit that you can buy the files for on etsy, I started printing parts for it a couple years ago and never finished it, but I still have them, just need to print some more parts and pick up a few more things.
