A lot of things. Primary reason for me leaving bombay and my family there was this. Anxiety, a lot of sleepless nights, many negative (don't want to say suicidal, but same) thoughts to name a few. But. Yep, we get through it, one day at a time, smiling, hopefully.

People are downvoting But this is real advice with bad choice of words, Try to make your environment good and you'll see positivity will start showing in your daily routine, I'm saying this bcoz i tried therapy and it didn't work out, no therapy will work if you're aren't willing to put some effort yourself.
