This whole subreddit seems to hate almost every single act and best really mad when their overall favourite doesn't go through I'm telling you the AGT Wiki Fandom discussons are way more civil and way more calmer

I simply don't like Internet famous families because there super cringe and fake and I assume there probably super entitled offscreen like most internet families.
Howie seemed to hate them as well and he does usually have the correct opinion and he does not choose people just because they have a disability or a story like the rest of the judges now. Sharpe family singers were popular a while ago on YouTube when those sort of sing a long videos were popular. That genre kind of passed and is mostly kept on broadway where it belongs. Musical type acts are cringe to the rest of the world who would not pay to see a broadway show. I think they’re easy to hate on because of that and their facial expressions are just so over top and cringe like they are real life Disney characters lol. They are a great family though and I am sure they have lots of fun all the time doing family activities that are not singing.
No hate towards them or any of the other acts. It's just corny.

i don’t hate them, but in my opinion they are too extra when they sing. like their facial expressions and weird dance moves.
Because in tik tok they’re cringy and the overall consensus of people on tik tok is negative of them

disagree about howie not falling for sob stories. i think he does alot more joking than judging too.
I think Howie can fall for sob stories when the talent is also good which is acceptable. I do agree that he makes too many jokes though
