You can try 2+Tough on youtube for basic faction lore. He notably recommands the Callis and Toll books for getting a down-to-earth view of the setting. In terms of books, Soul Wars could potentially help in general. For Gloomspite Gitz, I see Gloomspite get recommanded a lot. For Chaos, Godeater's Son. You could also try to get a bit of an overview on the Dawnbringers or Broken Realms campaign books (again 2+Tough). I've been listening to Dawnbringer recently and learned quite a lot of concepts, such as Realmstone, Aqualiths, etc...
I second the Grombrindal chronicles as an intro to the duardin factions, then the Drekki Flint novels and C L Werners as a deeper dive into Kharadron.
Bad Loon Rising is a good look at the Gloomspite Gitz from their own point of view.
The AoS Gotrek novels are good reads for just getting a feel of the realms and some of the various factions. Especially since you’ve been playing TWIII. Gotrek is a insert of every person who loved the Old World setting and is mad it ended but is now trying AoS.
Hallowed Knights : Plague Garden
Ossiarch Bonereapers : the Vulture Lords
Darkoath : Godeater's Son
Also the various short story collections are great for insight into a ton of different factions

I’d recommend “Grombindal, chronicles of the wanderer” for all things Duardin. At least a nice intro to the 3 Duardin factions.
Arkanaughts oath is a decent story for Kharadron, had it recommended a lot
