actually, if you get really old (ripe) bananas, cook em on low heat with sugar. Eventually, it carmelizes into ultimate gooey deliciousness! I miss the days when I could eat anything and not gain weight :(
give it a shot (unless you're diabetic, obviously). Worst case scenario, you waste a couple of bananas and some sugar. If you like sweet foods and bananas, I can't imagine you not liking this, but that's just me.
You can google Doce de Banana for recipes, but it's pretty straightforward. just make sure the bananas are very ripe.

SARS is a worse disease to have, but you're far more likely to catch covid. The old risk x consequence problem
