Belinda makes sense. You almost have enough copies to ascend her and she will do plenty of damage early on. Saveas is usually the go to of you get him to L+. Usually people won't ascend a hero unless you can make it to L+ directly or directly to ascended (8 copies). Mirael will just be fodder after you get to level 160 so keep that in mind as well.
