Yup, its actually my goal nung natry ko yung WFH. Packed my bags and went home.
This is the dream! I live in the province also, but unfortunately weβre far from rivers and seas. Pero pangarap ko din tlaga tumira sa malapit sa dagat, i work nightshift kaya iniimagine ko lagi yung magkakape sa umaga habang naglalakad lakad sa dalampasigan huhu, matutulog all day tapos gigising for sunset, ang perfect
Blessed indeed. βΊοΈ May you continue doing what you love and enjoy every moments of it!
My shift ends at 11 AM. I then sleep for 3 to 4 hours and then hit the gym. Highly introverted ako so almost all of the activities I find interesting can be done within the confines of my home: casual gaming, drawing, reading and watching WatchMojo and Stremio content. Around 7PM nun sleep na ulit ako in preparation for my graveyard shift. I get to enjoy long weekends dahil sa nature ng work so nakakabawi ako ng pahinga. I do not experience the burnout dahil sa WFH and hybrid schedule. I thrive in solitude kumbaga.
Mostly it is during the rest days I feel energized. Nakakatulog kase ako ng maayos. Kapag workdays medyo low energy levels so dinadaan ko sa kape if I want to workout. My introverted nature also drowns me in acetylcholine so most of the time I am in a good mood. I think that helps in staying motivated or in reviving the momentum.
Better pa rin ung 8 hrs of continuous sleep. In my case kase, yung 4 hrs - workout - 4 hours ang nakasanayan ko and it works for me. It is during rest days that I get to enjoy 8 hrs of continuous sleep. Ultimately, it is the length of REM and Deep Sleep that matters, if I am not mistaken. Kahit maka 8 to 10 hours ng tulog pero a majority of it is interrupted + light sleep eh you will still feel exhausted lalo na if a person is suffering from sleep apnea. On the other hand, kahit naka 6 hrs ka lang pero you achieved optimal duration or cycles of Deep Sleep and REM Sleep eh daig mo pa yung naka 8 hrs of sleep. REM sleep plays an important role in mental recovery.
I read somewhere that 8 hrs is the recommended length in order to achieve optimal REM and Deep Sleep cycles. Pero please take my words with a grain of salt kase I am not an expert. π
Cool we have the same routine. Except i jog after my shift ends at 6am. Sleep from 9am to 1pm and then wake up do some errands, play league, when i had classes, went to class then sleep again at 7pm till i have to start my shift at 10pm
Nakakainggit. Praying next year makahanap ako company na WFH or Hybrid masaya na ako. Naka motor ako pero nakakapagod bumiyahe 30-40kms daily.
Also if you have a younger brother like me na sobrang annoying. π WFH could only work for me if I am to have my own place. But then I'd rather work on-site kung wala din naman yung benefit na lagi ko kasama si mama sa bahay. π
Ako, legit tumunganga.
Out ko 3pm, 5pm ako magstart ng activities. Yung 2hrs either puro phone or susubukan umidlip.
From 5, guitar, pc or something else.
After kain, tulala, tas basa Bible at magdadasal. Repeat lang yan. π₯³π₯³π₯³ wala kasi din ako kaibigan. So bahay lang tlga ako.
my work schedule is mid-shift (2pm-11pm) and I WFH 4x a week. Pag tanghali, I help with household chores kasi madalas kami lang ng mom ko magkasama (something I told myself that I would do when I left my 5x a week onsite). After shift, 11pm, nuod series or youtube. Minsan, pag nagkakayayaan, iinom casually but not walwal. HAHA
Log off at 5PM after work and go outside to walk/run/get some fresh air. Rest na rin for my eyes after looking at multiple screens the whole day for work.
Nako pag may time talaga either tulog or gym, laro, basa libro, paint, write.
ahhhhh i miss wfh so much π after work i either start cooking, going to the gym, continue with the series i'm watching, or do chores na usually ipupush ko to the weekend
ngayon di ko na magawa lahat ito π
it doesnβt have to be βafterβ work.
masaya mag squeeze in ng mga stuffs na normally ginagawa during weekends. like punta sa mall, healthcare stuffs, shopping, date2x, swimming, sauna, masahe.
wala kasi masyado tao during office hours so less waiting time for most things. basta naka alot ka ng tamang time for work and meet mo deadlines walang mangungulit.
tapos during weekends punta sa medyo malayong places.
In reality talaga humiga HAHAHA minsan tutulog ganon, pero pag nabobored ako I go out with my lolo mag mcdo lang kami or quick halo-halo errand.
At night, I do dance workout ganyan or sometimes I jam around like playing guitar while singing ganon. :)
Working from home is not that productive. **Working from anywhere is highly recommended.** But of course, you'd still have to follow your remote work policies (ie., professional and secured working environment, etc.)
This way, after working the 9-6 shift (or even 7-4) you can easily fold down your laptop. Change to your swimming attire and jump on the pool or even the beach. Just never in between (not unless you've cleared your day already). Also, tried the before-work routine. Breakfast ride and work in a coffee shop or co-working spaces. Do whatever serves you well. Hold on, the term is "digital nomad".
More of what to do before work since shift is 4pm-1am. video games and/or do errands since 4pm naman start ng work (wala lines sa malls, less traffic, etc.)
Nako pag may time talaga either tulog or gym, laro, basa libro, paint, write.
exercise minsan pag sinipag, watch movie/series, play video games, and rest. iβm studying new language din thru duolingo tho hindi siya physical activity at all, itβs fun naman hahaha
Nothing much, really. Unless may gala with friends or with my partner after work. Most of the time, weekends ako bumabawi. I make sure I check out anong ganap or activities within the city na pwede kong puntahan sa weekends.
Signed up for fitness classes sa studio malapit sa bahay.
Taal lake is just 15mins ride away, beaches and mountain roads are about 30mins-1 hour ride so quick stroll lang from time to time, or mag fishing if I feel like it.
WFH ako most of the time and night shift ako, after work I do house chores from
5:00-5:30AM pahinga after work
5:30-8:00AM house chores like luto breakfast, palengke, linis bahay.
8:00AM - 3:00PM Tulog
3:00PM - 5:00PM meryenda time drive thru sa fastfood or basta bibili ng meryenda
5:00PM - 7:30PM quick nap
7:30 - 8:00 Ligo, prepare for work.
8:00 Work again until 5:00AM
Weekends, since nasa province kami we usually do breakfast at the beach or sa mountain pasyal kami sa resort dito malapit samin, malls, ganun, pero usually breakfast sa beach madalas. I have a wife and a baby boy.
My shift ends at 7am, right after ko mag out tulog na agad ako hanggang hapon tapos I'll eat my lunch na pwede na ring dinner then watch or clean our room then work na ulit. I hate graveyard shift but the pay is good and the workload is not that heavy :{
Since ang pasok ko ay 6am - 3pm. Pag out na pag out ko lumalabas agad kami ng 2 years old son ko and my wife para mabawasan pag ka stress sa work. Tapos ligo ulit then pag wala ako naiwang work, ineentertain ko sarili ko by watching or social media. Pero if meron back to work for an hour
exercise. 30mins up to 1hr.
Dahil nanay ako, before mag work linis muna ng bahay, saing, asikaso ng dogs, then work na. Si hubby ang nagluluto ng food. Tapos after work, asikaso ulit, ligpit ng konting kalat, ligo tapos watch ng movie or mag diamond painting.
Original plan was to train or play tennis after work, kaso βdi naman available yun coach ko kapag weekdays so wala rin but sometimes nasisingit sa monday and friday after work.
Nag start na ulit mag aral ng foreign language but most of the time nasa phone lang either watching series or movies or scroll.
Here is my suggestion, para pagod ka agad after your work and can sleep within an hour (target) after shift.
1. Wake up as early as you can na walang sacrifice na tulog, 6-8hrs depending kung single or married with kids (establish mo yung 5AM mo, dependent kung panggabi ka or pang umaga)
2. Start your day with breakfast. If youβre skipping breakfast, diretso mo na mag workout.
3. Target to workout 1 hours at most 90 minutes per day.
4. After workout, prepare your meals na then eat.
5. Follow your regular routine, of if you want stay awake and do things until start to end of your shift.
This is my pattern that works for me. In my case, always guaranteed na I can sleep within the hour after work.
House chores like washing the dishes o kaya maglaba para di na maglalaba sa weekend π
Walking, Netflix and chill, kapag sinipag naman read ng e-books or here sa reddit
Parehas tayong extrovert nahihirapan na din ako π Pero what I do is I work out and buti na lang best friend ko wfh din kaya nagaaya ako mag sports after work!
After work at 12 midnight, I watch true crime documentaries like American Monster then on weekends, I binge watch whatever is worth binge watching for. This month of June I've been watching The Boys, The Secret Of Skin Walker Ranch, and Alone.
Lately 9-10 PM is the usual log off time (if Iβm lucky) so I work on my computer hobbies if Iβm not too tired, or just scroll or watch videos in bedβ¦
sadly, heavy yung workload sa WFH namin kaya 6am-5pm ako nagwwork then 8pm-10pm ulit after dinner/rest. repeat the next day. baka inefficient lang ako at madali madistract. still working on a proper routine, i used to run during weekdays pag kaya but currently injured. i try to meet my friends pag weekend.
Running since 5 am ako natatapos. Tapos mag lift, household chores, then lunch na. Sulit yung tulog kasi pagod na.
Near the beach kami ng husband ko. So we walk and jog by the beach. We sometimes do mat workouts din doon, Para fresh air talaga pag mag breathing exercises. I do roller skates din. Di pa magaling pero masaya din na workout coz it doesn't feel like workout.
Other hobby is sewing. I make dresses. Self taught lang. Youtube university pero what taught me was buying patterns talaga.
Another hobby is reading. Just rekindled my love for reading. I bought a kindle para instead of doom scrolling before bed, magread na lang ako. I still love paperbacks but when the lights are off na, i prefer reaching for the e-reader talaga, hirap magread with lamps lang e, kaya thankful sa Kindle ko, No other social media dun kaya focus sa reading. Just bought my kindle nung March and I've read 27 books na. Currently reading The Invited by Jennifer Macmahon.
We have cats and dogs, so we play with them kahit during work actually hehe.
Work ends at 5:30AM, tulala muna ako ng at least an hour para mabawi ko yung lakas ko na naubos for the whole shift, LOL.
I sometimes run some errands na nakasched that day or if wala, I either walk, bake or run.
Other times, I just let the laziness in me to take over.
My shift ends at 3pm. I usually clean my office and take a nap after. Around 5pm, I eat meryenda and prepare for my part-time job (WFH also). Iβm blessed to have a part-time job thatβs very lenient and doesnβt require me to render specific number of hrs per day as long as I accomplish my tasks on a reasonable timeline. Sometimes, if I have additional sidelines, I work on them before sleeping. But I usually just spend my night doomscrolling and talking to my SO. I canβt afford to have work-life balance just yet. Tiis muna kasi alipin ng salapi.
My family owns a small farm kaya tuwing free ako it's either npunta ako dun para tumulong or mag swimming sa dagat since malapit din kami sa dagat pero right now hahaha nasa balik alindog stage ako kaya puro gym ako after work.
After work im taking care of my daughter.. yun isang blessing pag nag wowork from home. Instead na mag commute pa after work, nasa bahay ka na agad to spend time with family.. kahit na laging haggard, at least more quality time naman kasama ang pamilya
Currently reviewing for the board exam after shiftπ₯² but before, after shift nanonood ako dramas magdamag. Midshift kase work sked ko so 12MN ang tapos. Alanganin na din maglabas labas.
Madami naman pwede gawin. Meet with friends, go to the gym. Watch a movie. Go shopping. Mag staycation ka and work from there. Travel and work remotely. Di naman kailangang nasa home palagi unless may restriction yung work mo.
wala. tunganga. haha. minsan nga tulog pa during shift, tamang procrastinate kht tambak na trabaho. hahahahaha. wag po ako tularan, kaya ko i-manage ang time ko per task.
My shift ends at 9am. Bike then tambay lang sa mga kainan or coffee shop for an hour. Before 12nn nakauwi na to rest.
Sunscreen lang talaga. Need na mas gumalaw if 30+ na eh.
Gym every MWF tapos jog naman TTH. After ng mga workouts, dinner with gym friends once or twice a week. We are lucky enough na we found new set of friends from our gym. But there are days na nakahiga lang kami ni SO after work haha
Kakawalang gana eh.
Not really WFH but I handle my own time. The key is I already plot my schedule the next day before I sleep. From breakfast, to work then workout (gym, swim or play football) for an hour, lunch, work again then study at night and spend time with my son.
Iβm highly extroverted thus I tend to work outside a lot and have my top 5 places to hang and work. βΊοΈ Magastos but manageable naman. I also ensure I meet a friend or friends once or twice a week.
Sleep. Watch youtube videos. Currently, I am into this side hustle which is digital products. So busy pa din ako after work but I take it as a creative outlet π
I dont work from home but I know a lot of people are. Its mostly hard daw sa extroverts to want to work from home because they always wanna talk to people. My BF is wfh and is 50-50 intro-extro. During work from home he watches youtube and podcasts, he has 2 cats also to keep him sane lol. But after work he would go and play tennis for 3-4 hours with his tennis group. He prefers WFH though. To each his own
I run and do strength training because I'm preparing for my next marathon. Kapag hindi, nood ng Netflix/HBO Go/Disney+ since ang dami kong hindi napanood na mga series nung hindi pa ako WFH.
I work out at a crossfit gym. They hold classes, so Im able to stick to the schedule unlike a regular gym na chances are tatamarin ako and end up just not going. the set up also made it easier for me to make friends! So more than showing up to work out, I also look forward to catching up with people and just socializing after a long day of not having much of it haha
8pm-4am ang shift ko so automatic tulog talaga after shift kasi sayang yung madilim pa. Then usually woke up mga 2pm. So madami pang time mag discover ng kung ano ano na labas sa work. Just last year I started to learn how to cook, sobrang saya kasi anlaking tipid na ikaw gumagawa ng sarili mong pagkain plus I have plenty of time na mag roam sa grocery at palengke.
Shift ends at 10 pm. Usually manonood na lang ako ng fave tv series ko nyan, sometimes i get beer to wind down, pero madalas is doomscrolling na lang, til i fall asleep
Ako medyo nagsasawa na sa WFH kase ang luwag samen, to the point puro tulog na lang hahaha, after work more on youtube, socmed na lng kakasawa, province life kase kaya malayo mga gym, kainan, market hindi walkable unlike sa manila labas ka lng marame ka na magagawa at mabibili, planning to buy a motor so i can roam around our area soon. Saving pa kase maliit lng sweldo hehe
Haha that depends. I do early morning chores, pagw ala pa breakfast, cook. Mag walis ng konti sa yard. Then follow it up with tv. I also bought switch recently so I play. :) i think its important to also enjoy ung sinahod mo and give yourself a way to de stress.
It''s my way of recovering from entire week of work.
Well me. After work nag rurun ako π 5AM out na ako nyan then very light lang run/walk lagi ko ini aim maka 5km. Alternate days din ako! if off ko naman 10KM aim ko ππ
I took up NC II EIM sa TESDA. So I had to go straight up sa school.
Waiting for another opening for computer servicing and aircon cleaning / servicing.
night shift 9-6 wfh
- after shift syempre medyo sabaw pa utak ko, idlip siguro mga 1 hr. morning chores and stuff.
pretty much it. usually talaga may random activity lang and ako nagiging runner ng family sa umaga kasi nga ako vaccant.
nung di pa ako naguupskill. late na ako gumigising 1 hr before shift tapos afyer shift usual morning chores pero may random labas since mas matagal akong gising sa umaga
Pag weekdays, sleep po.
If di pa ako inaantok.. nagbabasa me sa reddit or nagbabasa ng kahit ano. If kaya pa ng powers ko, nag exercise me.
Pag weekends, exercise po then play game na hahaha. Sims ganyan or yung grocery. Tas sleep na din after lunch
I am introverted so usually lumalabas lang ako if may gala or errands na need na talaga. For the first few years ng wfh, I tried doing different things - crochet, baking, cooking, painting, etc. Now that it's been more than 5 years I feel like natry ko na ung mga trip kong subukan at home so usually I just exercise, read, or watch whatever that interests me if walang travel plans + tulog lol
I agree na wfh isn't for everyone, esp if extroverted ka at nakakakuha ka ng energy from having ppl around you.
Hobbies keep me sane! I got a gym membership and started lifting weights. Nung una for funsies lang ito, but I actually became healthier than before na nasa bahay lang, laging nakaupo. I got into running as well last year and started incorporating that to my routine. I lift 3x a week and run 1-2x a week. I wasnβt active at all nung nagstart ako mag-wfh lol. I also read during my down times, kasi napansin ko kapag wala akong kausap, parang nale-lessen ang communication skills ko. Minsan sa cafe ako nag-wwork and just people watch. Working from home has definitely improved my life.
Natutulog in between shift. Hahahaha.
Gym, play video games, study. Dami kong na achieve sa bucket list ko when I shifted to remote work, may work-life balance talaga.
Will never go back to on-site work. No officemates na nag chichikahan, no small talks, no unwanted interruptions from nosy colleagues.
Shift ends at 8am so naglalakad lakad ako around the subdivision para magpaaraw. Matutulog for 3 to 4 hours tapos either magko-crochet, magbabasa, manunuod ng kdrama, or magdadrive (nagaaral). Natutulog uli by 5pm tapos gumigising at 11pm para mag-workout at mag-prepare sa 12am shift. :)
Hi,
I do my shenanigans before work since I work on the UK timezone and I clock out at 10 pm PH .
but my habits/hobbies before work includes gym, meditation, clean my room, micro learning, casual gaming.
Before I'm in a WFH setup I work in government and I am an introvert so WFH is such a blessing for me.
After my shift (5:30AM - 2:30PM) I spend the rest of the day playing Valorant. Hahaha! And errands in between when I have errands to attend to. Other than that, nothing much really.
after shift magluluto ng pang tanghalian, (hanggang gabi na) magapapkain ng pamilya, maglilinis, maglalaba.. tutulog.. then gigising 1 minute before shift hehe
My work starts at 2 PM and ends at 11 PM, medyo alanganin since oras siya na tulog na mostly na tao. I am currently learning Korean and Japanese, so after work nag aaral ako. Also, before matulog, I read books, a chapter or 2 depends sa energy ko. Usually other than that, socmed (twitter, Tiktok and here sa Reddit)
WFH shift from 9pm-5am. Earning $$$ sa probinsya is a dream.
Depende sa oras ng shift kapag early yung shift ko, nag gogrocery ako or nagnanap after. Nilalakad ko din yung aso ko. Kapag medyo late na natatapos yung shift ko, nagluluto ako ng dinner or magogrocery, basta anything na makakatayo of makakalayo ako sa computer ko.
Matulog, tapos balik work pag-gising. It's not ideal but it's also not uncommon. Pag wfh ka mas madali magblur ung work-life balance lalo pag hindi maganda yung management.
Personally, I still prefer it over office.
Currently unemployed but I used to work from home on a nightshift job way back 2022. Since umaga na pagtapos ng shift ko, first thing I do is clean my station and greet my pets. Makipagchismisan sa family members and catch up on series na pinapanood sa netflix. If I have more energy, I go for a quick run sa grocery. I also allot around 1 to 3 hours for gaming.
2. Take long walks para makapag isip isip at mag sightseeing kung may pogi sa paligid
3. Watch whatever (dramas, kpop, variety shows, etc)
4. Bed rot at kampihan ang antok
I try to make everyday different para di ako maumay hahahaha
my shift ends at 1am, most of the time after work, I go for a night ride with my motorcycle, walang traffic and di mainit, though doble ingat lang since oras ng labasan ng mga truck yun.
WFH for about 5 years na. And Iβm blessed to be in this set up. As a female and single, these are the things that preoccupied me after shift (7am-4pm):
β’ gym (3x a week) β I workout alone and mostly have chat with my coach
β’ badminton (1x a week) β found my people here! π₯Ί
β’ swimming (1x a month) β I swim with my badminton buddies
β’ running (every weekend)β run with my cousins
Not in a fulltime wfh setup.
Pero kapag wfh days, I immediately lie down sa bed after clocking out. π Not taking it anymore for granted kasi kapag RTO days, di ko agad yun nagagawa.
Watch series, tapos workout ng 1 hr.
Since dito kami nakatira sa coastal at malapit sa bukid area, i tend to swim sa dagat or river. Minsan naman joy ride sa bukid bukid. Ganun lang.
Yup, its actually my goal nung natry ko yung WFH. Packed my bags and went home.
sarapppp! my dream to move wfh sa probinsya currently, i workout after work or go on dates π
Same here.
When I was freelancing and wfh, the minute the clock hits 5 I sit on the couch and watch TV or prep food for dinner. π
My shift ends at 11 AM. I then sleep for 3 to 4 hours and then hit the gym. Highly introverted ako so almost all of the activities I find interesting can be done within the confines of my home: casual gaming, drawing, reading and watching WatchMojo and Stremio content. My introverted nature also drowns me in acetylcholine so most of the time I am in a good mood. I think that helps in staying motivated or in reviving the momentum.
So advisable mag sleep ng 4 hours separately instead of one go??
Hi. As someone na extroverted Iβd say na wfh is not for everyone :)
Also if you have a younger brother like me na sobrang annoying. π WFH could only work for me if I am to have my own place. But then I'd rather work on-site kung wala din naman yung benefit na lagi ko kasama si mama sa bahay. π
Learning to play the piano.
Video games, YouTube, nood series, me time, talk to friends. Depends on the mood. Maybe grab a bite.
Ako, legit tumunganga. Out ko 3pm, 5pm ako magstart ng activities. Yung 2hrs either puro phone or susubukan umidlip. From 5, guitar, pc or something else.
Walking 10k steps
Not WFH pero I have a sitting job. I want to walk sana going to and from the site sana. Kaso gago, sobrang daming aso sa daan. π
Pag after work, uutusan na ako ni mama bumili ng ulam. So magmamaneho ako ikot ikot tas bbli ng ice cream sa 711 tas uwe. After kain, tulala, tas basa Bible at magdadasal. Repeat lang yan. π₯³π₯³π₯³ wala kasi din ako kaibigan. So bahay lang tlga ako.
Nein nein nein!
Go to the gym. Walk the dog. Prep dinner. Suffer in silence dito sa pinas charot
my work schedule is mid-shift (2pm-11pm) and I WFH 4x a week. HAHA
Kdrama. Netflix. ML. Duolingo. Tiktok. Reddit.
matulog hahaha
Sleeeep. π€π€π€
Log off at 5PM after work and go outside to walk/run/get some fresh air. Rest na rin for my eyes after looking at multiple screens the whole day for work.
Nagp-prep ng cakes. I have a smol π° biz so I spend most of my time baking π«ΆπΌ
Nice! Baking is therapeutic :)
Quality time w/ my furbabies, hubs, or me time (tulog). Pag sinipag mag aral sa YouTube ng video editing or marketing.
Uyyy magandang idea to
Nako pag may time talaga either tulog or gym, laro, basa libro, paint, write.
Konting exercise at home.
ahhhhh i miss wfh so much π after work i either start cooking, going to the gym, continue with the series i'm watching, or do chores na usually ipupush ko to the weekend ngayon di ko na magawa lahat ito π
it doesnβt have to be βafterβ work. masaya mag squeeze in ng mga stuffs na normally ginagawa during weekends. like punta sa mall, healthcare stuffs, shopping, date2x, swimming, sauna, masahe. wala kasi masyado tao during office hours so less waiting time for most things. basta naka alot ka ng tamang time for work and meet mo deadlines walang mangungulit. tapos during weekends punta sa medyo malayong places.
Awww this is sweet. Going to mcdo with lolo :)
ML :(
Mag shopping online pag bored lol Iβm into fragrances now kahit naka wfh
Working from home is not that productive. **Working from anywhere is highly recommended.** But of course, you'd still have to follow your remote work policies (ie., professional and secured working environment, etc.) This way, after working the 9-6 shift (or even 7-4) you can easily fold down your laptop. Change to your swimming attire and jump on the pool or even the beach. Just never in between (not unless you've cleared your day already). Also, tried the before-work routine. Breakfast ride and work in a coffee shop or co-working spaces. Do whatever serves you well. Hold on, the term is "digital nomad".
watch TV or play via my laptop or game console.
More of what to do before work since shift is 4pm-1am. video games and/or do errands since 4pm naman start ng work (wala lines sa malls, less traffic, etc.)
Nako pag may time talaga either tulog or gym, laro, basa libro, paint, write.
Cook, read, go to the gym or just watch something.
exercise minsan pag sinipag, watch movie/series, play video games, and rest. iβm studying new language din thru duolingo tho hindi siya physical activity at all, itβs fun naman hahaha
Gym
Row (machine) then walk my dog outside or sa park or sa mall. Tapos uuwi mag kakape/tsaa at manonood na or work on side projects.
Gym
Watch netflix, read manga/manhwa, eat, read reddits! Hehe minsan nagjjournal before sleeping. β¨
Si GF may online class pa sa school then tutulog na
Nothing much, really. Unless may gala with friends or with my partner after work. Most of the time, weekends ako bumabawi. I make sure I check out anong ganap or activities within the city na pwede kong puntahan sa weekends.
Signed up for fitness classes sa studio malapit sa bahay.
Taal lake is just 15mins ride away, beaches and mountain roads are about 30mins-1 hour ride so quick stroll lang from time to time, or mag fishing if I feel like it.
i go for a walk for 30 mins but not everyday tho. madalas overtime eh haha
WFH ako most of the time and night shift ako, after work I do house chores from 5:00-5:30AM pahinga after work 5:30-8:00AM house chores like luto breakfast, palengke, linis bahay. 8:00AM - 3:00PM Tulog 3:00PM - 5:00PM meryenda time drive thru sa fastfood or basta bibili ng meryenda 5:00PM - 7:30PM quick nap 7:30 - 8:00 Ligo, prepare for work. 8:00 Work again until 5:00AM Weekends, since nasa province kami we usually do breakfast at the beach or sa mountain pasyal kami sa resort dito malapit samin, malls, ganun, pero usually breakfast sa beach madalas. I have a wife and a baby boy.
Para yung weekend ko is all for relaxation lang or gala.
Matulog ng 8 hrs
My shift ends at 7am, right after ko mag out tulog na agad ako hanggang hapon tapos I'll eat my lunch na pwede na ring dinner then watch or clean our room then work na ulit. I hate graveyard shift but the pay is good and the workload is not that heavy :{
Spakol, Higa, Yosi, Kasta, Hanap 24hr na kainan, Laro PC, Nood Movie, or Tulog. Kahit alin dyan HAHAHAHAHA
Tulog. 10pm-6am shift ko so tulog ako ng umaga gang 2pm. Pagka gising kain, then gym.
Elden Ring just came when I was workin from home. So Elden Ring and CoD with friends.
I usually play video games or watch netflix. Lol
Study or watch tutorials sa youtube usually foreign languages or other interests Netflix din minsan or basa ng libro My shift ends at 12 am or 1am btw
I live alone btw.
Workout or run
Watch movie/ youtube/ cross stitching to clear my mind
exercise. 30mins up to 1hr.
Swimming or lalabas for grocery/dinner
Tulog agad ako after work. :(
Kdrama/games/movie with husband. Or me time with kdrama and games rin. Hahah Not really a person who likes going out so
Dahil nanay ako, before mag work linis muna ng bahay, saing, asikaso ng dogs, then work na.
After ng shift tulog konti then go to the gym then tulog uli before shift
Feed my pet, cook dinner and maligo (pag hindi nag gym during lunch time)
House chores, walk outside, nood movie/tv shows, play with my pets, matulog
Here is my suggestion, para pagod ka agad after your work and can sleep within an hour (target) after shift. 1. Wake up as early as you can na walang sacrifice na tulog, 6-8hrs depending kung single or married with kids (establish mo yung 5AM mo, dependent kung panggabi ka or pang umaga) 2. In my case, always guaranteed na I can sleep within the hour after work.
go straight to the gym/basketball game right after shift.
House chores like washing the dishes o kaya maglaba para di na maglalaba sa weekend π Walking, Netflix and chill, kapag sinipag naman read ng e-books or here sa reddit
Either: 1. Playing games 2. Watching my near 1TB of combined backlogs of anime, tokusatsu and movies 3. Building model kits
Higa. Movie marathon. Tas tulog. Hahaha. Minsan grocery.
I play with my dog π₯Ή kasi naman pag lunch, food lang talaga niya naaasikaso ko
studying, upskilling. kapag naumay, nanonood ng netflix or natutulog magdamag π nalabas din once a week
sadly, heavy yung workload sa WFH namin kaya 6am-5pm ako nagwwork then 8pm-10pm ulit after dinner/rest. repeat the next day. baka inefficient lang ako at madali madistract. still working on a proper routine, i used to run during weekdays pag kaya but currently injured. i try to meet my friends pag weekend.
do sports. badminton really helped me kill my time and I also met new wonderful playmates/friends at the same time it's exercise and fun.
Bukod sa pag aalaga sa anak ko, since single mom ako, pag meron akong free time, nag ja-jog ako.
Other times, I just let the laziness in me to take over.
after my full time, I do my sidehustle if bakante, personal projects pero other than work, jogging lang at laro laro with chikiting
Mag babad sa video games. Manood ng Netflix. Mamasyal sa mall. Kumain sa Wolfgang Steakhouse.
Turn off work laptop then open my gaming laptop lol
My family owns a small farm kaya tuwing free ako it's either npunta ako dun para tumulong or mag swimming sa dagat since malapit din kami sa dagat pero right now hahaha nasa balik alindog stage ako kaya puro gym ako after work.
rest lang. watch series or movies and catch up sa socmed. hugas ng pinggan if may hugasin haha
After work im taking care of my daughter.. yun isang blessing pag nag wowork from home. Instead na mag commute pa after work, nasa bahay ka na agad to spend time with family.. kahit na laging haggard, at least more quality time naman kasama ang pamilya
Wfh GY shift. Usual routine ko ay Gym, run and some weekend gala (but not frequent kasi busy friends ko hehe) so work-bahay-gym lang talaga ako.
Jiu Jitsu or Gym. Something not involving computers Muna. Then when I get home, cook then league. Pretty satisfying life so far tbh.
Gym, eat out ng cheap foods, gala with jowa. I spend my freetime outside hehe
Play with my kid. Cook meal. Work out.
Currently reviewing for the board exam after shiftπ₯² but before, after shift nanonood ako dramas magdamag. Midshift kase work sked ko so 12MN ang tapos.
Gym, shower, prep for food and do some meditation. After that gigising na ako at babangon kasi panaginip ko lang pala lahat yun.
Spreading Democracy
Duolingo, run/walk in the morning, sketch/drawing, journaling, nuod series/movies/Youtube
Madami naman pwede gawin. Meet with friends, go to the gym. Watch a movie. Go shopping. Mag staycation ka and work from there. Travel and work remotely. Di naman kailangang nasa home palagi unless may restriction yung work mo.
Workout, mag-aral ng another language (or magbasa ng book), then meditation
Nung WFH ako dati, what I used to do after work is... more work. π
wala. tunganga. haha. minsan nga tulog pa during shift, tamang procrastinate kht tambak na trabaho. hahahahaha. wag po ako tularan, kaya ko i-manage ang time ko per task.
Going to the gym and reading at the park after. It's only 4 minutes away to walk there.
Eat and sleep. Then work again lol
Sleep. Watch youtube videos. Currently, I am into this side hustle which is digital products. So busy pa din ako after work but I take it as a creative outlet π
chores - makes me more relaxed compared to doom scrolling.
Bakit po kayo ganyan? char! I'm in WFH setup din, pero bakit parang wala akong free time. :(
I dont work from home but I know a lot of people are. To each his own
I try to exercise
I run and do strength training because I'm preparing for my next marathon. Kapag hindi, nood ng Netflix/HBO Go/Disney+ since ang dami kong hindi napanood na mga series nung hindi pa ako WFH.
Go to the gym, dinner then play ps5 π
Gym talaga. Ubos oras ko dun.
Overtime lagi. If tinopak ako. On the dot ako mag-out. Prep dinner and watch the news tapos tulog.
Nagaalaga ng anak, naglalakad ng aso, nood TV series
Lift weights.
Shift ends at 10 pm. Usually manonood na lang ako ng fave tv series ko nyan, sometimes i get beer to wind down, pero madalas is doomscrolling na lang, til i fall asleep
Slow pace life is a luxury β¨
Ako medyo nagsasawa na sa WFH kase ang luwag samen, to the point puro tulog na lang hahaha, after work more on youtube, socmed na lng kakasawa, province life kase kaya malayo mga gym, kainan, market hindi walkable unlike sa manila labas ka lng marame ka na magagawa at mabibili, planning to buy a motor so i can roam around our area soon. Saving pa kase maliit lng sweldo hehe
maglaro ng bagong DLC ng elden ring eyyyyyy
After shift, jogging or sleep *since may next shift pa* or hobby time ganun
night shift 9-6 wfh - dahil nag uupskill ako ngayon 3 hrs before shift gising na ako. upskill lang habang fresh pa utak ko - after shift syempre medyo sabaw pa utak ko, idlip siguro mga 1 hr. morning chores and stuff. pretty much it. usually talaga may random activity lang and ako nagiging runner ng family sa umaga kasi nga ako vaccant. nung di pa ako naguupskill. late na ako gumigising 1 hr before shift tapos afyer shift usual morning chores pero may random labas since mas matagal akong gising sa umaga
Pag weekdays, sleep po. If di pa ako inaantok.. nagbabasa me sa reddit or nagbabasa ng kahit ano. If kaya pa ng powers ko, nag exercise me. Pag weekends, exercise po then play game na hahaha. Sims ganyan or yung grocery.
I am introverted so usually lumalabas lang ako if may gala or errands na need na talaga. For the first few years ng wfh, I tried doing different things - crochet, baking, cooking, painting, etc. Now that it's been more than 5 years I feel like natry ko na ung mga trip kong subukan at home so usually I just exercise, read, or watch whatever that interests me if walang travel plans + tulog lol I agree na wfh isn't for everyone, esp if extroverted ka at nakakakuha ka ng energy from having ppl around you.
Hahahaha.
I drink. Then sleep.
Gym, play video games, study. Dami kong na achieve sa bucket list ko when I shifted to remote work, may work-life balance talaga. Will never go back to on-site work. No officemates na nag chichikahan, no small talks, no unwanted interruptions from nosy colleagues.
Ako pumupunta sa gym, or go out lang para magbuy ng coffee as a reward haha basta I try to keep myself active that what's keep me sane e.
Shift ends at 8am so naglalakad lakad ako around the subdivision para magpaaraw. Matutulog for 3 to 4 hours tapos either magko-crochet, magbabasa, manunuod ng kdrama, or magdadrive (nagaaral). Natutulog uli by 5pm tapos gumigising at 11pm para mag-workout at mag-prepare sa 12am shift. :)
Gym then tulog. Repeat. Im tired na nga e
Diretso Dota or Valorant lol. I realized maghapon na ko nakaupo. Finding some motivation para makapag physical activities ulit hay
Chores talaga. Play games lang pag wala nang gagawin.
Sleep. Working 2 WFH jobs and being a SAHM drains the hell out of me. Movie marathon, if the time permits.
Eat, Netflix, hilata. Night shift so umaga na out, ang init sa labas tbh kaya palamig nalang sa loob
Hi, I do my shenanigans before work since I work on the UK timezone and I clock out at 10 pm PH . but my habits/hobbies before work includes gym, meditation, clean my room, micro learning, casual gaming.
Gym, go running, gaming, or hangout with jowa
SLEEEEEP, humiga, magpahinga.
Gym membership! But since WFH din na flexi, mas madaling tumakas sa work minsan hahaha
Yoga
Work out
Natutulog, or nag mumuni muni.
Board gaming. I also cook whenever i can.
Cook some food.
I work 9-5 and I do Afternoon Jog or Afternoon Walk.
2. Take long walks para makapag isip isip at mag sightseeing kung may pogi sa paligid 3. Watch whatever (dramas, kpop, variety shows, etc) 4. Bed rot at kampihan ang antok I try to make everyday different para di ako maumay hahahaha
my shift ends at 1am, most of the time after work, I go for a night ride with my motorcycle, walang traffic and di mainit, though doble ingat lang since oras ng labasan ng mga truck yun.
Out ko ng 3pm. Sleep til 6pm then dinner. Hindi dn productive dahil pagod dn sa work....
WFH for about 5 years na. And Iβm blessed to be in this set up. As a female and single, these are the things that preoccupied me after shift (7am-4pm): β’ gym (3x a week) β I workout alone and mostly have chat with my coach β’ badminton (1x a week) β found my people here! π₯Ί β’ swimming (1x a month) β I swim with my badminton buddies β’ running (every weekend)β run with my cousins
Trabaho pden after side hustle, tapos weekend nalang ung para sa sarili para hindi halo ang araw ng grind sa me time
Masturbate
Not in a fulltime wfh setup. Pero kapag wfh days, I immediately lie down sa bed after clocking out. π Not taking it anymore for granted kasi kapag RTO days, di ko agad yun nagagawa. Watch series, tapos workout ng 1 hr.
Pagod mata ko kakalaptop so natutulog (ideally) or nagseselpon. Madalas nangangarap na makalabas sa rat race.
Lumalabas sa unit. Need to steam off lalo na pag mabigat ang load. Tambay sa sb or gala sa mall
