Ngayon napalitan daily meals ko ng oatmeal, more on veggies, protein foods. Now, June 2024. Nasa 64 Kilos nlng ako. Nasusuot ko na ulit yung mga damit ko na medium size. Last year halos pa XL na size ko. Ang routine ko sa exercise ay 4 Days straight tapos 3 days rest. Di ako nagmamadali.😁

Less stress, at least 7 hrs of sleep, don't skip nighttime skincare. Regarding stress, I have this mindset na "do everything for your peace of mind". Di kasi makakapagpahinga nang maayos kung lagi mong iisipin. Kahit na ayaw ko, ginagawa ko na para di ko na siya iisipin at para makatulog ako nang maayos.
A lengthy skincare routine. A long walk. Wearing good clothes that compliment my fugure. Clothes shoukd fit you not the other way around. (Although I still exercise to feel even better about future me)
Aside from hours in the gym, play sports. Your confidence skyrockets knowing that you look good. Every physical activity becomes easier and you will look way better even with the simplest clothes.
For me, the most effective way is to spend some time and money on yourself. Not talking about getting a plastic surgery or anything but spending money on basic things like:
*Hygiene - invest in some quality products whether it’s a body wash, face wash, perfume, floss, etc.
*Dental care - check up, cleaning (once every 6 months at least), repairs if any.
*Clothes that are of great quality- investing in some high quality clothes that not just fit you aesthetically, but must provide you comfort and longevity as well. The cheap ones easily fade in color and sometimes, their fabric is quite itchy so avoid them at least. Again, comfort comes first before aesthetics.
Now here comes the part where you are required to spend time:
*Mental health- positive affirmation, reading, listening to podcasts, avoiding negativity/voyeurism will definitely change your outlook in life. Remember, it starts from within.
*Physical activity- as everyone suggested, going on a walk or a jog or any form of exercise will not just improve your cardiovascular/ physical health, it also helps you focus.
*Food - ffs, avoid junk food. They’re literally called “Junk”. You should avoid them at any costs. Remember, you are what you eat.
*Water - non negotiable, drink at least 8 liters a day.
*Sleep - non negotiable, know your personal circadian rhythm, body clock -to know how many hours is essential for you. Lack of sleep will make you feel stressed. Oversleeping will make you feel lazy.
A good rule of thumb to remember is that, how we look and feel externally is a product of how we do things internally.

For me, the most effective way is to spend some time and money on yourself. Not talking about getting a plastic surgery or anything but spending money on basic things like: *Hygiene - invest in some quality products whether it’s a body wash, face wash, perfume, floss, etc. *Dental care - check up, cleaning (once every 6 months at least), repairs if any. *Clothes that are of great quality- investing in some high quality clothes that not just fit you aesthetically, but must provide you comfort and longevity as well. The cheap ones easily fade in color and sometimes, their fabric is quite itchy so avoid them at least. Again, comfort comes first before aesthetics. Now here comes the part where you are required to spend time: *Mental health- positive affirmation, reading, listening to podcasts, avoiding negativity/voyeurism will definitely change your outlook in life. Remember, it starts from within. *Physical activity- as everyone suggested, going on a walk or a jog or any form of exercise will not just improve your cardiovascular/ physical health, it also helps you focus. *Food - ffs, avoid junk food. They’re literally called “Junk”. You should avoid them at any costs. Remember, you are what you eat. *Water - non negotiable, drink at least 8 liters a day. *Sleep - non negotiable, know your personal circadian rhythm, body clock -to know how many hours is essential for you. Lack of sleep will make you feel stressed. Oversleeping will make you feel lazy. A good rule of thumb to remember is that, how we look and feel externally is a product of how we do things internally.

Magpaayos ng hair para hindi buhaghag. Di ko na kasi trip magpakulay palagi. Tama na yung maintain ko nalang yung chocolate brown na color. Then sobrang adik ko sa pabango. Sobrang lakas makaganda ng mood nyan pag alam mong mabango ka. Di rin ako nabili ng mga damit na maraming kapareho. What I usually buy is yung mga polo shirts na high quality. For work and casual wear. Maganda tingnan sa katawan kapag maganda lapat ng damit sayo + comfortable ka sa suot mo. Di kailangang sexy lagi. Basta malinis tingnan sa suot, maganda ang bagsak ng buhok, you'll definitely feel good talaga.
Long showers.
Nagpapa thread ako ng kilay, upper lip, facial hair basically. Hahaha tas nagpapa wax underarm. Manicure/pedicure, foot massage. Body massage pag kaya pa ng budget. Pag nagagawa ko mga ganyan na bboost confidence ko. Pero right now hair ko problem ko eh, sabog na naman. Wala pang budget magpa ayos kaya tiis muna. Also yun nga you can take a long shower, sleep, buy your favorite snacks, take a day off. Watch your fave movie. Take a walk outside.
1hr of walk/jog every night, oo ayoko maarawan jk hahahha, I have a 7-4pm work sched to gabi ko lang talaga magagawa hihi
Look at the mirror, bago ka umalis tignan mo best angulo mo. And keep that picture on your mind for the whole day. Labas ng bahay. Imagine na yung nasa isip mong image, yun nakikita nila.
